This is Planet Smoothie worthy! I am hocked on this now! Fresh and Light and can even help if you have a hunger for a treat, and much healthier!
- 1 Cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
- 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Put all ingredients in the blender and enjoy.
